Refund Policy:

We gladly accept unworn hair extensions in their original condition within 7 days of delivery receipt. Ensure that all black hair ties/elastics remain attached and uncut, and extensions remain unaltered. Altered extensions, those with broken hair ties, or cut/missing elastics will not be accepted.

Upon approval, you'll be reimbursed for the item(s) and any sales tax paid during the purchase. Shipping costs and associated taxes, however, will not be refunded. To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at shesconceited@yahoo.com. Please be aware that all returns are subject to a $12 restocking fee.

NOTE: Failure to comply with our return policy will result in the denial of your return, and the item will be shipped back to you.

Returning hair extensions with black ties cut/unattached

Returning used or altered Hair Extensions

Return Policy:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that it was received. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You will need the receipt for proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at shesconceited@yahoo.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at shesconceited@yahoo.com

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Conceited Luxury Hair does not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
